Fox/FXRuby comes with the Windows Ruby OCI. Take a look at the examples. 
They can be found in your installed ruby dir at:

lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/fxruby-1.6.13-mswin32/examples/table.rb

for example. You might want to "gem update" first, since I think the OCI 
doesn't have quite the latest FXRuby.
