Subject: [ruby-talk:28539] Ruby script to see the contents of a windows DLL

Does anyone have a ruby script that will report the functions in a window's 
DLL or build ruby declarations for functions in windows DLLs?  In 
particular, I am interested in getting ruby bindings for gui methods such 
as create window and create button.
