From: olczyk@... (Thaddeus L. Olczyk) Date: 2001-12-15T00:27:43+09:00 Subject: [ruby-talk:28514] Problem with the post command. I've tried the following using a "server simulator" ( a little program I wrote to fake the server side of a connection ). ============================================== require 'net/http' h=Net::HTTP::new('my server',80) resp, data = h.post('/','Hello.\n',nil) resp.each {|key, val| printf "%-14s = %-40.40s\n", key, val } ============================================== On my simulator I see the header is sent, but not the 'Hello' string. I've tried many variants for theis string. The first was 'Hello+world' Then 'Hello' a bunch of others Ican't remember then the one above. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong?
