Subject: [ruby-talk:28499] SWIG on Windows: where do I find mswin32-ruby16.lib?

I am trying to get SWIG going for Ruby on Win2K so I can build some
extensions for MQSeries.

The doco says I need to set an environment variable something similar to
below:

SET RUBY_LIB=D:\ruby\lib\mswin32-ruby16.lib

I am using the 1.6.5-2 distribution one click installer and I can't find
this file. What is this file and why is it not in my current distribution?

Do I have to go and find it from somewhere else? If so where?

I am planning to use VC 6.0 to create my extensions.
