Mmm, bad formating for your question, let me help you:

At command prompt:
gem install mysql

This will work for:
Ruby 1.8.5 or 1.8.6 (One-Click installer)
RubyGems 0.9.2 up to 1.0.1

This WILL NOT WORK for:
Ruby 1.9.0
