I have to tell you the story.  I wrote the pocket reference in
Japanese.  That was the thickest pocket reference book that O'Reilly
(Japan) ever had.  So in the process of English translation of the
book, O'Reilly US office decided to make it a full sized book, and
named it "Ruby in a Nutshell".  So they are a same book.
