I get a lot of requests to write personalized responses to people who 
clearly haven't made any effort, and hence are obviously too lazy to use
the information. This was the 2nd in an hour. If someone has special needs
and can't find existing information or decide whether the software suits,
I'm always cheerfully willing to help. But this sort of lazy-student
question deserves scorn. As if *one click* by them is more costly than
someone else composing a customized response... who's lacking manners in
this case?
