My guess is that whoever steps up and starts writing
something will drive it to a large degree.  A
committee would be a good idea if we had just *too
much* activity around this project, but currently we
have none.  A working prototype will create a defacto
leader.  This will surely follow with gentle guidance
from the community and Matz.

Same here.  But, I obviously haven't believed in it
enough to get started on it yet. ;)
