test.rb:
    and_str = "foo and bar AND baz"
    pipe_str = "foo|bar| baz"

    def translate(str, del)
      str.split(/\s*#{del}\s*/i).map{|s| "+#{s}"}.join(' ')
    end

    puts translate(and_str, 'and')
    puts translate(pipe_str, '\|')
