UML and SVG are used in TogetherJ AFAIK. I think that something along 
the lines of XSI is used with this? I briefly ran across it at 
ibm.com in the xml developer section. I think it would be very very 
cool as long as it wasn't a hassle to run and keep the diagrams in 
sync with the code base. Would be really good if you could go both 
ways (code to diagram, modify diagram code changes).
