It seems that sakazuki uses the variation of LAH format.
I can unpack it by using a Windows LAH.

I upload the zip version fo RDE.
This is available until he notices this problem.

Though RDE is licesed under Ruby's in RAA, 
the Readme.txt included RDE contents says that
RDE is under the license by which we can't freely destribute RDE.
I rely on the RAA's description.
