Does this mean that it is perfectly legal for me to snip, for instance,
the library reference stuff directly, and print it up, charging (a
little) more than the reproduction costs?

I working on a small norwegian introductory course, and if the budget
allows, I'd like to print up both the introduction various reference
material. Non-members have to pay to attend, or become members, so
legally it might not look like a non-profit thing.

P.S.: Are there any nordic/scandinavian translation efforts out there?
I'd guess that combining and coordinating any danish, swedish and
norwegian translation efforts, would have some "synergy" effects...
