Well, I _have_ SpeakEasy and they rock.

My connection is 768/384.  I could go symmetric if I wanted, but 384 (upload) is sufficient for me.  They also offer 1.5MB/768KB...again not needed.  I will say that their customer support is awesome, the are very conscientious when it comes to things affecting their customers.  As an example, they had to change their IP range in the Wash DC area.  They gave me the *exact* time the cutover was going to take place...and all the info that I needed one month ahead so I could update my DNS appropriately.  They even gave me the option of picking a separate time if that would not work for me.

I would recommend them highly.
