If not, there should be a few options - LispWorks on the Common Lisp side and FunDev on the Dylan side both have threads. You might check out ECLS, which is free and was threaded at least at one point in its development (not sure about the current codebase). You should also take a look at SmallScript, which is not yet available for unix but can be previewed for Win32; it's ST-80 + a whole whack of stuff (including multimethods) and minus the way of life.
