Static HTML for $15 a month, but it depends on the services and
bandwidth that you push.  I'll toss you a private email to see what
some of your requirements are and we can go from there.  If anyone
else is interested, toss me an email and we'll run from there.

I can install them in about 30min and can also provide support for
them (have used them extensively in the past, just don't have them
installed across the board right now).
