Subject: [ruby-talk:27671] Re: RubyGarden Poll -- setting prefs.

This may be impossible (due to mailing list software) and is unlikely
to be a solution for newsgroup access. In the hope it sparks off
something useful:

Would it be possible to set preferences so one could pick:

[1] Subject: [ruby-talk:77777777] Chip implements Ruby VM!

[2] Subject: Chip implements Ruby VM! [ruby-talk:77777777]

[3] Subject: [ruby-talk] Chip implements Ruby VM![77777777]

[4] Subject: Chip implements Ruby VM!

[5] Subject: Chip implements Ruby VM!
    X-ruby-talk: 77777777

or whatever, by answering a question posed automatically by
ruby-talk-ctl? Then all mailing list users have things according to
their taste, w/o affecting others.
