Subject: error with mysql install.

when i install mysql, i get the following error
Select which gem to install for your platform (i386-mswin32)

 4. mysql 2.6 (ruby)
 5. Skip this gem

When i try to use it, i get further errors
the procedure entry point mysql_stmt_row_tell could not be located in
the dynamic link library LIBMYSQL.DLL
can you point how to fix it please.
