If someone volunteered to do this, I'd add a new category to RubyGarden
for it, and arrange for these articles to be distributed by e-mail.

1.  Volunteer collects news

2.  Once a week, creates a RubyFacets entry on Rubygarden

3.  Article is archived on Rubygarden, and also e-mailed automatically
    to a list of interested folks.

Perhaps it would be an idea if we had a couple of people doing this.

So, any volunteers?
