Subject: Binaries for Libxml-ruby on windows available

I've seen several posts on here about libxml-ruby and windows -
generally about the bindings not working in windows. I did a compile of
these bindings with mingw. You can download an easy to install package
for ruby 1.8.6 from http://www.movesonrails.com/ . Also information
about how this was compiled can be found there. I hope this is of use :)
