I second that. 

The RAA is getting big, and as Ruby is getting noticed, we need the RAA
contents to be of a certain quality, or newcomers will get scared
off/disappointed by those they try out. 

I assume some usability of everything in the RAA, and when I fail to
find a download or even a single solitary.rb, I get frustrated and never
go back in on that entry. (I'd rather spend more time on the japanese
pages piecing together the few ascii characters I cant find ;-)
