BTW: IMHO: If an entry in the RAA doesn link to a page that features the 
advertised Ruby application, it could be removed.
(sourceforge hosts projects, thus welcomes projects in the planning 
phase; the RAA is for apps, not for projects in the pre-code phase or 
proposals, like "Mind.Ruby [...] proposal coordinated by website")
