were found spread over different categories.
However, at this point I don't see any reason for any strict rules. Many
decisions about e.g. the Ruby installer have been made by informal votings.
Some editor would be good, just to keep things organized. He or she could
then ever so often post a list of things that my be on the edge
(usability/relevance) and hear what people have to say.
Users could also voice their concerns if they find things troublesome.
I think such an informal approach is sufficient given the current situation.
