I mean, it doesn't look completely like Pyramid Molecular Vibratory Exchanger Unit. I don't have the time to read and question his texts. Instead I think it's called _spam_. It's a rather bad attempt to gather interest in his project. (For about 12 out of 14 languages listed, there's only a front page templatized for the name of that language and a few links.)
