Mr. Manners reminds the Gentle Phlip not to flame someone for flaming 
themself.

Arthur's first line is a reference to "the road to hell is paved with good 
intentions", an aphorism with which I don't agree without context, but 
which is inappropriate when referring to an AI project. Arthur should have 
put ANN in the subject line, and should have written more complete 
paragraphs describing more good things about his project.
