I updated to the latest SVN trunk version and got this error instead:

C:\Documents and Settings\Milton\My Documents\Tom>gem install
rubyscript2exe
c:/ruby/bin/gem.bat:19: uninitialized constant Gem::GemRunner
(NameError)
