IMHO, a site which sells various PDAs (cheap to neat, Linux(to
PocketPC?), IPaq/Visor/Agenda/Zaurus) with Ruby and an intricate Ruby
editor preinstalled could be a nice first step to get some (PDA users)
excited about Ruby. I would buy one.

This site could evolve, and install more and more Software with Ruby
API. The revenue could support the developers.
