    Hello Avi, all,

Has anybody gotten IOWA 0.14 to work with Apache-2.0.28? Or should I just
stick with 1.3.22 for now?  With a 2.0.28 install I get:

(Looks like the problem is that 2.0.28 doesn't have a ``handler_rec'' - at
least I didn't find it in the Apache headers.)
