Does RUNIT::TestCase.all_suite help you?

I'll change c2t.rb to create the test script using all_suite.

BTW, which is better TestSuite.all_suite or TestCase.all_suite?
I have not decided which is better yet, but I wonder
all_suite should be TestSuite class method.
