I have looked into TupleSpaceProxy but it only provides in and out. I'm thinking of the case where a client object logs in and other clients must be notified. They want the tuple with that information but must not take it away from the space. By the way, in a normal situation I would implement notifications via events and callbacks. Is a-thread-for-each-event listening for a tuple pattern the preferred way to do it in TupleSpace? > Fun, eh? Now *that* is what I call an understatement. :-) Massimiliano
