Subject: is there any way to update ruby from console on windows??

is there any way to update ruby from console on windows??

something like gem does

gem update

is there something like ruby update??

the issue here is that the one click installer needs u to remove the old
ruby directory and thus removes all the installed gems

and that's tooo stupid and time consuming

any solution?
