ENV["APPDATA"] produces the Application Data directory. Best to use that:
>> ENV["APPDATA"]
=> "C:\\Users\\CynicalRyan\\AppData\\Roaming"
>> exit

Since it is in a different location from Windows XP in Vista (the above path
is a Vista path).
