Most of the ones I've seen recommended here are open-source, but I think you'll find that quite a few people who use Macs think of TextMate as more of an IDE than a text editor and would recommend it over the open source ones. My own personal favorite is Komodo, but that's neither open source nor free. As far as a feature comparison chart is concerned, I can't recall seeing one anywhere.
