Only: in WinIE6 and WinNN6, the text in the jumptocs is way too small to 
be readable; deleting
  font-size: 50%;
in
pr_toc.html and pr_idx.html
helped.

The jumptoc would be cool to have online too; as an option perhaps. (one 
link to the jumptoc, one to the first page
