SVGUIs?

I've been dreaming about that for a while... any SVG object can be bound 
to any Ruby process (and all that), no square windows, but arbitrary SVG 
shapes, ...
(not Moz' RBXPCOM, not a Batik Java Applet; native Ruby SVGUIs...)
