I tried to see the method in irb and used 'Gnome::CanvasItem.methods' for that. But 'affine_absolute' can be called only on instance so I should have used 'Gnome::CanvasItem.instance_methods'. For the same reason I had to create an instance first and not to call 'Gnome::CanvasItem.affine_absolute'. Silly me :) FireAphis
