Sorry, related to this I was thinking maybe the two events could be joined?

I'm not related in any way to the organisers nor I'm from Pisa, but
Pisa is really nice, quieter and easier to navigate than Rome, and it
has an airport.

In addition to this there's a big university  that maybe can offer
some spaces or support in some way the event.

Probably Pisa is probably more camping friendly than Rome can be.

Or maybe the euruko could be one week before the other event so who's
lucky enough can spend the week in Pisa (Firenze or Siena are really
near and can keep people entertained during the week).
