General or specialized SVG writers, integrated in / based on / campatible with XML packages would be nice to have for some tasks. Because general XML writers offer a very high flexibility when generating SVG, they're great for most tasks. So SVG libs could be very specialized: charting/graphing, mapping etc. General SVG libs, that offer nice 'shortcuts' (piecharts, code optimization (CSS), etc.) would be very handy too.
