Subject: [ruby-talk:25954] a quick question

Hi all,

	What's the difference between using '' and "" in require calls at the top 
of Ruby files? I see a lot of intermingled usage, but can't find the 
difference in the Pickaxe book. (aside from the difference between 
resolution of the quoting characters)
