And, there is ambiguities in convering between Unicode and legacy
japanese encodings. So we cannot convert old-encoded files into
Unicode automatically :-<

BTW, are there Korean user in this ruby-talk list?  I think
Ruby's EUC-mode of Regexp class can handle EUC-KR. Is it true?
