Subject: installing Substruct

Dear friends,
  I am newbie to rails, and wish to get instant gratificatin y
installing a shopping cart "substruct" but problem is SVN. Now, what is
this SVN and how do I install it on windows platform , and how do I get
it working on my applicaiotn .
