You need to have RubyGems installed. IIRC, the Windows One-click Installer
includes RubyGems so you should just be able to "gem install <gem-name>" on
Windows.

If you're using OS X, the DarwinPorts "rb-rubygems" package is what you
need; on Debian or Ubuntu you need the "rubygems" package.
