 Is it possible to have <STRONG> with rd2 ?

 On Usenet the convention is :

  *bold*   => <b>bold</b>
 /italic/  => <i>italic</i>

 with rd2 I always write 

      ((*important*)) 

 and I expect to have

       <strong>important</strong>
 
 but I've always 

       <em>important</em>

 which is more like <i> :-(
