possibly all the above :)

To add 1.8, we'll need to print a new edition. At that time, we'll
poll the world for changes that people want and add in what we
can. We'll also be updating the library descriptions that have changed
(both built-in and in things like Net).

Maybe by then we'll have an XML parser/writer in the mix too :)
