I was looking at Dave's online book - where's the description of getopts.rb?

No, I didn't mean to write "getoptlong.rb" :)

I suppose someone'll say it's obsolete and shouldn't be used (sigh).

How would you go about using getoptlong.rb to scan the contents of an environment variable for options?
