Hi,

I'd like to merge Akira Yamada's uri.rb in the standard distribution.
Since I'm not an "Internet programmer", I'd like to have public review
before merging it.

Anyone among you who want to have "good" URI handling service in
standard Ruby, please check it out and tell us how to improve (if
any).  If it's good enough, tell us so.  You can get it from CVS
rough/lib/uri.
