(Ruport/acts_as_reportable) does not support chinese characters in(PDFs) because it uses (PDF::Writer), which does not support chinese. I will look at (sfpdf) to see if we can use it.
I have asked our community if anyone speaks chinese.  If I findsomeone, I will have them help you.
