Perhaps:

C:\>qri Module.public

Module#public
     public                 => self
     public(symbol, ...)    => self
------------------------------------------------------------------------
     With no arguments, sets the default visibility for subsequently
     defined methods to public. With arguments, sets the named methods
     to have public visibility.
