Subject: [ruby-talk:24491] Stackdump under Cygwin

Hi all,
my script, which does a lot of file I/O, "gsub(!)" and "sub(!)" with 
regular expressions, stackdumps under cygwin. No matter whether ran with 
ruby 1.6.3, 1.6.5 or 1.7.2.
The very same script does run under solaris (and probably all other 
OS'es) though.
Any hints? How can I get closer to the source of the 
(cygwin/ruby-)problem? Is there a way to interpret the stackdump?
