�  OK - why a Perl script? Because I wanted to get a Wiki going, and
at the time configuring the Ruby-based wiki was just too much work: I
already used UseMod for a number of other Wiki's I have lying around,
and cloning it for RubyGarden took about 30 seconds. Having said that,
it would be an interesting exercise if someone were to recode Usemod
in Ruby: I think it would be a lot cleaner, and would be a very useful
tool to have. If there was a conversion tool, I'l happily switch my
wikis across to use it.
