For what it's worth, I can't log in to Rubyforge either.

I've tried using Safari and Firefox but I keep getting redirected back
to the login page. This is in Spain, I'm not aware of any transparent
proxies set up by my ISP (Telef�nica), and cookies are turned on. I
was previously able to log in fine but over the last few days no
luck...
